Learn the basics of weaving on a wooden frame loom as we explore the variety of colours, designs, and textures of this fun fiber art with Haley Thomsen of Circles Weaving . Participants will learn to warp a loom, practice the basic weaving techniques, and experiment with different fibers. You’ll leave with a woven modern wall hanging that will add instant charm to your space and the knowledge and skills to keep weaving at home!
Each participant will receive their own basic weaving kit (frame loom, weaving needle and shed stick) to take home. A variety of yarns and fibres to create and finish your design will also be provided.
